Amelia Yiu

Amelia Yiu is an associate of Charles B. Wagner & Associates. She joined the firm in 2008 after articling and practicing at a Toronto high-octane civil litigation law firm.

Her practice is focused on estate and commercial litigation, including:

Amelia has impressive court experience. She has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice for Ontario.

While at law school, she participated in several moot court programs, including the Niagara International Moot Court Competition which included law schools from Canada and the United States. Amelia was also a caseworker for Legal Aid and volunteered as the Events Coordinator for the Orientation Committee and as a counsellor in the Queen's Career Centre.

Amelia is a tutor in estates law for the Law Society of Upper Canada and provides one on one counseling for law students studying for the bar exam.
