Michelle is an associate with Charles B. Wagner & Associates and a member of the firm’s Estate and Commercial Litigation Groups.
Michelle’s legal practice includes will challenges, dependant relief claims, removal of executors, capacity challenges, quantum meruit claims, power of attorney disputes, shareholder disputes, contract litigation and professional negligence claims.
She has appeared on numerous occasions before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice as well as in other dispute resolution forums such as settlement conferences and mediations.
Prior to joining Charles B. Wagner & Associates, Michelle articled at a full service Toronto law firm, where she gained broad litigation experience in the areas of tort claims, family, employment and contract litigation. While there, Michelle helped prepare for and attended at a hearing before the Ontario Court of Appeal.
Michelle obtained her Bachelor of Science degree, graduating in the First Class, from York University. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall University. While in law school, Michelle was a member of Canadian Jewish Law Students Association, participated in an international exchange program and acted as an upper year advisor for Osgoode’s Mentor Program. Michelle is frequently involved in outreach and volunteer work.
